• Prior booking is needed for Lessons, Snow Bullet or Penguin Encounters.
• Be in Ski Dubai 45 minutes before your Lesson, Snow Bullet or Penguin Encounter starts.
• The refundable keycard deposit is not included in this voucher.
• Once exchanged, passes cannot be converted back to vouchers.
• Not for resale, no redeemable cash value.
• There is no refund for unused voucher.
• Ski Dubai is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or expired vouchers.

• disposable socks and snow boots, Free Fleece gloves, Helmets are compulsory for child under 13 years old.
