Terms & Conditions

• Age - You must be 17 years old (according to the Gregorian calendar) on the day of your flight. Customers must meet this requirement.
• Weight - Your weight must be 105 kg or below on the day of your flight. Sorry, this is a legal requirement from our manufacturers, and we cannot make any exceptions. Customers must meet this requirement. Due to weather conditions the weight limit during the summer is 100 kg.
• Sales Policy -
• In case you do not meet our age and weight requirements, you will not be able to fly, even if you do have a booking.
• In case you do not show up for your Gyrocopter flight and the experience has been paid for in advance, your money will not be refunded.
• You must reschedule your flight at least 24 hours prior to the date. In this case, your booking must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the receipt.
• Our flight operation is located at Skydive Dubai’s Palm Dropzone location, next to Dubai Marina. Sorry, we do not provide pick-up or drop facilities for this experience.
• The flight route will take you along the Dubai Marina coastline and past some of the city's most iconic attractions, including Ain Dubai (the world’s largest Ferris wheel), Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis, The Palm, The World Islands, and the spectacular Burj Al Arab.
• The right to which style of Gyrocopter aircraft is used during your flight is up to the discretion of the operations team. Their decision is final. This cannot be changed during an operational day. Customers flying in the open-style Gyrocopters are not allowed to carry any items or belongings with them during their flight for safety reasons.
• The time you select when making your booking is your flight time. All customers are requested to arrive 30 minutes prior to their booking/flight time.
• This experience is not suitable for pregnant women
• You may leave any personal belongings in the free lockers available at the location
