  • Child price applies to guests between 3 and 7 years old
  • Adult price applies to guests 8 years old and above
  • All marine animal experiences in the Ambassador Lagoon include FREE same-day access to The Lost Chambers Aquarium
  • Fish Tales Tour guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adul
  • CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING
  • Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled event
  • 50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours before the experience time
  • 100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event
  • Rescheduling must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled time
