• The child ticketing policy?
• - A child ticket is available for children aged between 3 and 11 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.
• Day Tour Departure Times
• - First tour of the day departs at 9:00 am from Stop 1 at Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall, and buses will come every 30 – 40 minutes until 5.00 pm depending on the of time of year. Other popular stops to start the tour include Stop 4 the Royal Palace and Stop 22 at Atlantis the Palm however you can redeem your ticket at any of the over 20 Big Bus stops. • Use the printed map or download the 'Big Bus Tours' app to get directions wherever you are! Don't worry, your time doesn't start until you exchange your voucher for a ticket.
• - Say Hello!
• Exchange this voucher for your tickets at the Dubai Mall Big Bus stop. Look for a team member with a Big Bus logo. We'll arrange your tickets for any additional services - and you're ready to go!
• - Enjoy your Tour!
• Free headphones with multiple languages are provided on the bus and our experienced customer service representatives will be at hand to answer any question you may have during your tour.
• The ticket is valid till 14 days from the date of travel
