• Get ready to ascend to level 124 and Roof Top of the world’s tallest tower! Your tickets are now ready for collection.
• The guest will need to present the QR code on this booking confirmation and a photographic I.D to the At the Top counter to collect tickets.
• If you select a time slot between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, you'll have lunch after the visit; if you select a time slot between 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM, you'll have dinner after the visit
• After your visit to the Level 124 of the Burj Khalifa, you will have a 3-course menu in the Burj Club restaurant. The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the Burj Khalifa
• Infants (aged 0-3 years old) are entitled to complimentary access to the venue. However, there will be no food & beverage provisions here
• Beverages are excluded
• Cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the travel date without incurring any cancellation charges.
• Booking Confirmation(s) and / or Ticket(s) can only be used once and is not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever, whether before or after the Ticket(s) expiry
• Lost, damaged and / or stolen Ticket(s) cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged in any manner
• Child tickets are valid only for children aged 8 years and below.
