  • Lost Chambers Aquarium can be accessed anytime from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM
  • 2 years old and below is free of charge whilst 3 and above will is chargeable. Adult and Child at same rate.
  • Please ensure to wear comfortable shoes as the Dolphin
  • Presentation viewing area is sandy
  • Check-in location for Dolphin Presentation will be at The Dubai Balloon ticketing counter located at the Avenues entrance.
  • The shuttle to Dolphin Bay departs at 12:10 PM and 12:20PM only. Guests who miss these times will be considered “No Show”.
